Bottom line: It ain't easy, and it ain't cheap.

There are no roads in or out, and only one year-round carrier from Seattle. Alaska Airlines will gladly accept more of your money than we can believe. Keep an eye on Delta. They often add service in the summer. In fairness, Alaska is more reliable. Many folks are arriving Thursday.

We hope you'll try to get here by Friday for the 4pm sailing time for the cocktail cruise out of Auke Bay (Statter Harbor).

The Alaska Marine Highway (ferry) does run North from Bellingham or South from Haines or Skagway, should you have time to spend.

For car rentals, it looks like Costco travel handles Alamo and Enterprise rentals here.

We have cabs, Uber, and Lyft here. Uber and Lyft are recent arrivals, so I'm not sure about availabilty. One cab company basically owns 'em all. (907) 586-2121.
